Accounts and security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access so we can help secure your workspace.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You may downgrade or cancel from the billing settings at any time.

Intellectual property

You retain ownership of your content. By uploading data you grant us a limited license to host, process, and display it for the purpose of operating the service.

All deckBit.AI trademarks, code, and assets remain our exclusive property.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, that pose a security risk, or that fail to pay fees.

You may stop using the product at any time. Upon termination we will delete or return your data according to our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties and limit liability to the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months.
